Maison Halden began as a quiet protest against the overfilled, over-frozen face — and a belief that the best aesthetic medicine is the kind no one can point to.

I trained in reconstructive dermatology, rebuilding faces after surgery and injury. It taught me how little it takes to change how a face reads — and how easily too much erases a person. Patients kept asking for that same restraint in their aesthetic work, and there were very few places to send them.

So we built one. Every plan at Maison Halden is written by a physician, every injector is a nurse or doctor, and every appointment ends with a date for your two-week review. We would rather see you often and do a little than see you once and do a lot.

WHAT WE

believe.

01 /

Less, then more

We start below the dose you think you need and review at two weeks. Adding is easy; taking back is not.

Medicine first

Every plan is written and reviewed by a physician. If a treatment isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you — and mean it.

Time is a treatment

Skin changes over seasons, not sessions. We plan in months, photograph every visit and adjust as you go.
